CZWG Towers get OKTue 18 Feb 2014
A twin tower residential scheme in east London by CZWG has been given planning permission by Newham Council. Called Hoola, the brace of towers will be built at the Royal Victoria Dock and will feature a 24 and 23-storey building.
The glass clad towers for Hub Residential will feature 360nhomes including studio, one, two and three bedroom houses. Shared facilities include a residents lounge, gym and business lounge. It is the second scheme being developed by HUB, with the first in Acton designed by Newground Architects and featuring 152 homes.
The site at the Royal Victoria Dock is currently derelict with construction set to begin later this spring.
