Hub Hoolas into London's Royal DocksSat 15 Feb 2014
Hub Residential has won detailed planning permission for Hoola, its 360-home scheme in the Royal Docks, E16. Work is expected to start on the CZWG Architects-designed 23- and 24-storey towers in the summer. All the homes will be in the mid-market price bracket. Hub received detailed planning permission for its first development in Acton, west London, in December. The 152-home Victoria Square, W3, will rise to 16 storeys. Squarestone founders Robert Sloss and Tim Barlow set up Hub in 2012 to provide funding for stalled London developments. The first two schemes have a combined gross development value of £200m.
