Chesterfield House is a strategic site in the heart of Wembley Central, previously occupied by a rather unloved office building. We secured planning permission for the redevelopment of the site to provide 239 apartments, retail space, a public square and a community centre.

We’re working with multi-award-winning architects MaccreanorLavington and have designed the building in a way that gives ground floor space back to usable public realm and community facilities. Chesterfield House is funded by social impact investment fund manager Bridges Fund Management.
