HUB and Bridges Fund Management have purchased two sites from BAM Properties to the west of Leeds City Centre.
Development of the sites will be carried out over two phases, delivering up to 900 homes and signalling HUB’s expansion into the UK’s major regional cities.

Latitude Blue will form the second phase of development. Alongside Leeds City Council and their consultant team, HUB will be working up a new planning application over the first six months of 2021. HUB’s plans for the site include delivering a high-quality, mixed-used scheme with a range of amenities that responds to the site’s heritage context, making the best of the nearby canal as well as improving pedestrian and cycle routes into the city centre.
