The Boiler House, HUB’s second development in The Old Vinyl Factory regeneration, derives its name from the steam and heating plant that once serviced the entire factory site.
Designed by award winning architecture practice, Studio Egret West, The Boiler House provides 54 environmentally-conscious homes at the heart of the remarkable regeneration project; The Old Vinyl Factory.
Designed as a pavilion, it’s tapering shape pays homage to the factory chimneys that once stood there. A ‘green’ building, it has been engineered to ensure a lower carbon footprint during construction and provides residents with generous balconies, communal roof gardens and allotments to really enjoy ‘the good life’.
The Boiler House completed in Q2 2018.
